Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
At Silver Mountain Jewelry, your satisfaction is very important to us.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any unworn jewelry in its original condition along with its original packaging for a full refund less shipping costs. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you use insured parcel post or priority mail for return shipment. Please use our return form shipped with the order and return to the address listed on the return form. If you are missing your return form, please contact SMJOnlineOrder@Gmail.com
You may also return online orders to our Silver Mountain Kenwood Towne Centre at 7875 Montgomery Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45236 for exchange or credit.
Refunds are issued only for returns by mail.
